He was born Konya in 1946. He completed his primary and secondary education in Konya,
Necatibey Prime School, Konya Mixed Secondary School and Konya Male High School. In 1973,
he graduated from Ankara University Political Sciences Faculty "Economics and
Finance" Department. Same year, he started to work for the Ministry of Finance.
In 1974, he succeeded a test that's held and he was appointed as the Treasury and
Exchange Controller.
After the formation of Treasury Department, he continued to work as the Treasury Chief
Controller within the undersecretariat.
He started to work for civil sector; assuming Finacial Affairs Controller Role in year
1988. In year 1994, he worked for a short period of time for İstanbul Metropolitan City
Municipality Suser Corp. Company as the General Manager. Same year, he was appointed as
the İstanbul Electrics Trams and Trolleybuses' (İ.E.T.T.) Vice General Manager. He
continued to work for the institution until 2001 and in that year he was designated as the
İstanbul Waters and Drainage Management (İSKİ) Bureau Manager.
Whilst continuing to officiate as the İSKİ Trade Affairs Bureau Manager, he was
designated as the Attorney Mint and Stamp Printing House General Manager.
He is married, with four state children.
